## Educational Consultant – Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency (GIFT)
This role was a short-term contract that found me through a previous colleague at the IMF. The education team at GIFT was seeking to build a new Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) focused on taxation and accounting, and sought guidance on how to achieve this. I provided advice on the 1) team and resources to pull together; 2) approach to project management; 3) expected level of effort and time for module and course design; and 4) developed the learning design and media plans for each module. I reviewed all learning content, drafted assessments, drafted discussion questions, drafted visuals, and constructed the full course architecture.

## Projects Officer, Instructional Designer – International Monetary Fund (IMF)
This role was an inaugural contributor position as part of the IMF effort to propel economics capacity development among government officials of member nations. In a transition away from online training via Moodle, my role was to help the Institute for Capacity Development to rethink online learning, then design, develop, and deliver new Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). I transformed the approach to online learning by focusing on producing high-quality multimedia with in-house creatives, making instructors a key part of the training delivery, establishing a common course structure to support learning, and establishing an operationally effective project management system.
