## Manager, Finance Learning and Development | Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH)
Managed enterprise finance curriculum across the complete learning lifecycle. Partnered with business capture teams to align training strategy with contract pursuit needs. Established and maintained standardized design and delivery workflows while collaborating with cross-functional L&D teams in marketing, delivery operations, and assessment. Core responsibilities included: conducting needs analysis; translating requirements into multi-modal learning solutions; designing and developing competency-based content for in-person and virtual delivery; facilitating training sessions; and creating facilitator and participant guides to ensure consistency and quality. Coordinated with vendors to deliver custom solutions to resolve technical challenges and readiness. Conducted pre- and post-assessments to measure learner engagement, performance outcomes, and inform future design.

## Projects Officer, Instructional Designer | International Monetary Fund (IMF)
Contributed to the strategic vision, design, and launch of a large-scale online learning initiative targeting government officials in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC). Served as a leader in the shift from traditional LMS-based training to high-impact MOOC delivery. Developed courses focused on economics and central bank law. As part of my work, I established foundational frameworks that enabled 200% program scaling. This included creating a standardized course architecture supporting a consistent learner experience; elevating multimedia production quality and integration; integrating subject matter experts into online content delivery; and streamlining cross-functional workflows through systematic project management. Designed and delivered eight MOOCs and built organizational capacity through mentorship of junior staff in instructional design and project management practices.
