I'm a learning professional with ~20 years experience teaching, designing learning experiences, standing-up new programs, driving organizational change with emerging digital technologies, and creating operationally effective systems. I have been deeply interested in the use of technology for learning since my undergraduate days. Currently, my current curiosity revolves around ways to use **AI to accelerate learning** with the phenomenon of **cognitive unloading** + **trustworthy AI**. I also maintain interest in business challenges such as **transforming organizations** with new ideas, and building more **effective operational systems**. While these interests have grown from the past 10+ years, my roots are in research related to **adult and digital learning** and a desire to just **build**. Previously, I have been an Instructional Designer at the [Massachusetts Institute of Technology](https://web.mit.edu) and the [International Monetary Fund](https://www.imf.org/en/home), a Curriculum Manager at [Booz Allen Hamilton](https://www.boozallen.com), a Learning Consultant with the [Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency](https://fiscaltransparency.net), and a director creating and leading programs on digital learning and AI literacy at [The George Washington University](https://www.gwu.edu). Across these, I've served in two inaugural roles (IMF+GWU), built programs and products from scratch, transformed teams, and served as a coach and mentor. *Currently, I'm pursuing the next step.* Aside from work, I enjoy studying US and Chinese history, reading about space programs, visual storytelling, stock trading, learning to play the guitar, and discovering new foods with my family.
