This website is a self-introduction, a place to share some of my past work, and a bit what I'm learning and/or working on. It is also to some extent a portfolio of my career thus far. Across two decades I have been a **K-12 instructor**, a **university instructor**, an **instructional designer**, a **design team leader**, and **a visionary/builder** for transformative initiatives with emerging technology. My work has centered on a few revolving interests over the years — *emerging technologies* (e.g., AI), *adult learning*, and *operational systems*. I've solved for complex learning and organizational problems, built new digital ecosystems, and both led and partnered on large interdisciplinary initiatives. I have a range of technical skills with **creative and AI tools**, and continue to work on developing skills with **Python** and **people leadership**. Overall, I've had a lot of fun in my work and I've been most excited when building from scratch, creating clarity from ambiguity, but most of all, when creating something that didn't exist before with interdisciplinary teams.
