For two decades, my work has centered on adult learning, solving complex problems, building effective digital ecosystems, and advancing interdisciplinary initiatives. My career has spanned diverse roles and environments. I've transformed design teams and systems, launched digital and AI upskilling initiatives for professionals across disciplines, and developed online learning experiences for start-up programs and large L&D organizations alike. I've also taught K-12 students, university students, and working professionals in China and the United States. Rooted at the intersection of **adult learning** and **educational technology**, I've partnered with experts and worked deeply with content across engineering, education, economics, finance, law, and AI. From the start of my career, I've thought about this simple question: _**What is the optimal design for an effective technology-driven learning experience?**_ That question has expanded into optimizing learning systems, innovating programs and solutions, and designing for new technologies.
